Mark Buckley Joinery manufacture superb
quality bespoke joinery. Mark, the proprietor, is a craftsman with over
30 years experience in the wood-working and wood-machining industry.
From their modern workshop they produce a range of purpose made traditional joinery using traditional methods and techniques, yet they use modern materials where appropriate. The timber used in their workshop is obtained from sustainable sources.
They specialize in the manufacture of sliding sash widows, swept head
(or round top) windows, casement windows, doors, and staircases. Many
people today purchase older properties with the view to restoring them
with their original period design features. With this ever increasing
demand and the advancement in technology, there has now been installed
an up-to-date system to enable virtually any moulding to be matched, for
example, skirtings, architraves, dado rails etc.
Due to their expertise they regularly supply contractors undertaking projects for the National Trust or Duchy of Cornwall with period matched Edwardian and Victorian mouldings.
Custom built doors, windows and staircases can be made to your requirements and in liaison with your architect to ensure we use the right materials and obtain the best finish. Staircases custom built for loft conversions can provide you with elegant styling yet still fit in a restricted space.
Mark Buckley Joinery is a member of the British Woodworking Federation which enables them to have the technical backup required for all joinery requirements. As a member, they are committed to customer care and satisfaction.
